Tashil al-manafi' fi al-tibb wa-al-hikma تسهيل المنافع في الطب والحكمة
This medical compendium about diseases and remedies has neither author nor title and is incomplete at the end. The chapter-headings are written in red ink. A comparison with the edition Cairo 1886 proves that our text is a shorter recension which was compiled by the author (lived in the 9-10th/15-16th century) perhaps before the longer (printed) version and for his own use On this and on the sources of the text cf.
